The Online bill pay website called Doxo.com is NOT affiliated with Reno Orthopedic Center (ROC). Doxo.com is a third-party website that allows people to pay their bills via their site. However, doxo.com charges customers an extra fee and ROC cannot control when we will receive the payments from doxo.com, possibly resulting in your account being sent to collections for non-payment.
