Dr. Kaiser is a no nonsense (although he does have a sense of humor that puts you in a great mindset prior to your surgery), get it done with perfection kind of doctor. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a confident, well-trained surgeon that treats his patients with respect and takes the time to come back afterwards and offer the best follow-up (physical therapy, etc.) you can imagine when necessary. And btw, The ROC is a one-stop, well-oiled machine that offers a multitude of services that would rival any specialty facility. Love The ROC, they rock!!!

Dr. Kaiser did an outstanding job on my wrist fracture surgery after a serious ski accident in Tahoe. He performed the operation on a Saturday morning at Renown Hospital. I later continued my post-op follow-up at UCSF. Each time my UCSF hand surgeon reviewed my wrist images, she commented on the excellent surgical work and was genuinely impressed. My wrist has healed nicely and I don't need a follow-up surgery to remove the hardware. I feel very fortunate to have met Dr. Kaiser in an emergency and deeply appreciate his kindness, dedication to patient care, and remarkable skills & craft.

He knows his craft so well that you can ask him anything and he will give you straight factual answers, in my case validated and confirmed what I thought I was feeling and experiencing is actually what it is, along with discussion of what could benefit you short term and long term as well as his recommendations of what treatments are available for your condition.
