I am so happy I went to Dr Webster for my total knee replacement surgery. He is kind, professional, & knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed. Sometimes when you see a doctor you feel like they are in a hurry to see the next patient. He was very thorough & listened to what I had to say. He offered advice on the best way for me to recover. My surgery went very well & I’m on an excellent path to regain all my movement. Also, Regina is wonderful. She too, is kind & knowledgeable & stressed that if I have questions or concerns to call her. What a great team! I would highly recommend Dr Webster! It’s been 2 weeks since my surgery. Do the exercises & go to therapy.

From patient check in to the time I walked out the exit, I experienced nothing but friendly, efficient and knowledge care. The check in was the fastest and easiest I have ever had. The pre appointment X-ray took about five minutes from start to finish with no waiting anywhere. Dr. Webster’s staff has obviously worked for him for a long time and was friendly and quickly had me prepped to see the doctor. Dr. Webster came in about 15 seconds after the assistant left the room. Dr. Webster was careful and unhurried in explaining my issue and options. I was never treated like a number, or a problem and he was patient in answering all my questions.

I saw Dr. Webster about some recurring knee pain that had gotten worse. I did not suspect a serious problem, but it was affecting my activity level. Immediately pre-appointment, ROC took x-rays that were then ready for review. Dr. Webster reviewed the X-rays with me and confirmed there was no serious issue. He offered a cortisone shot to help with the pain; I immediately agreed, and he took care of that next. He was professional, and within 4 days I had a vast decrease in pain, and after a week I was back to a full-activity level. That was the second time I had seen him (different minor problem last year) and would not hesitate to see him again or recommend him. He also understands that some people have high activity levels and he takes that into consideration.
