About Kirk Kaiser, MD

Dr. Kaiser received his medical degree from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Henry Ford Hospital and has been practicing at the Reno Orthopedic Center since 1999.

His practice focuses on operative and non-operative management of the hand, wrist and upper extremity including fracture management.

Dr. Kaiser is a member of the American Association for Hand Surgery. He is a Clinical Professor at University of Nevada Medical School, current Orthopedic Chairman at Renown Medical Center, and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and achieved his recertification in 2010.

ROC was easy to find, I was able to park right at the front, check-in was a breeze. I was taken right away to have my trays done, and immediately after taken into a consult room, I only waited about one minute and Dr. Kaiser was there and immediately our appointment was starting. He was thorough in discussing my options. This center is like a well-oiled machine. It was a nice experience, and I felt that my time as well as theirs was valued and there was no frustration of an endless waiting and then the appointment being rushed. I appreciated the consideration and would recommend ROC as a good choice for orthopedic needs.

Great care. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Kaiser is an excellent hand surgeon. He is very knowledgeable and skilled with an approachable demeanor. He’s done surgery on both my hands now and I am very pleased with the results. If I do require surgery at a later date, I know I am in good hands with Dr. Kaiser.
