I had emergency surgery from Reno Orthopedic Surgeon (ROC), and surgeon (Dr. Loeffler), and elected to use ROC for my follow up appointments, despite living 2-1/2 hours away. I am very happy with all aspects of the care I received: the surgery very difficult but successful; and the care thereafter was universally thoughtful, timely and professional. I am very impressed with ROC!

They took care of my 95-year-old mom really so well, and they did it fast! They took rays of her wrist and were able to put a hard splint instead of a cast for her. The break was not as bad, so they were able to do that. Dr. Loeffler and everyone were very nice.

I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon than Dr. Marcus Loeffler, MD. He listened to all my questions and concerns and was clear and concise when answering my questions, and in explaining my surgery and what I could expect in the long run. Bottom line is my surgery was a success and I am now on the road to recovery. Thank you Dr. Loeffler!
